About AXIS

AXIS is Candescent’s annual client conference, bringing together financial institution leaders, industry experts and the Candescent community for strategic insights, peer connection and opportunities to explore the future of Intelligent Banking.
AXIS is a private, invitation-only client conference designed for Candescent clients and invited financial institution attendees. Registrations are subject to review. Registrations from individuals or organizations that do not meet attendee eligibility requirements may be canceled and refunded.
Partners, vendors and other organizations interested in participating should contact our AXIS Sponsor Services to learn about sponsorship opportunities.
Registration & pricing
Register on your own, bring your team with group pricing or add a personal guest. Pricing is summarised here, with the details below.
Current registration rates and applicable registration deadlines are available on the Registration page. Registration pricing is based on the rate in effect at the time of registration. Promotional and discount codes cannot be combined.
If your Master Services Agreement (MSA) with Candescent includes contractual AXIS registrations, you will receive a unique registration code to apply during registration. When the code is entered, your registration balance will be adjusted to $0 at checkout. Your organization will be billed separately for the contracted registrations in accordance with the terms of your MSA and standard annual billing process. Contractual registration codes cannot be combined with other promotional or discount codes. Contracted registrations are non-refundable and will be billed whether or not the allotted registrations are used or the registered attendee participates in the event. A registered attendee may be replaced by another eligible attendee from the same organization in accordance with the AXIS transfer policy. For questions about contractual registrations, contact your Candescent account manager or the AXIS Concierge.
You will receive a confirmation email from Candescent Events after completing your registration. Keep this email: it contains links that allow you to modify, transfer or cancel your registration. If you do not receive your confirmation, check your spam or junk folder and then contact the AXIS Concierge for assistance.
Yes. Use the Modify Registration link in your confirmation email from Candescent Events to update your registration. For assistance, contact the AXIS Concierge.

Yes. Groups of 4-9 eligible attendees from the same organization receive $200 off each registration. Groups of 10 or more eligible attendees receive $300 off each registration. Group discounts are applied using the applicable group registration process or code and cannot be combined with other promotional or discount codes.
Yes. Additional eligible attendees may be added to your group after the initial registrations are completed. If your group grows to 10 or more attendees, your group pricing will be adjusted to the 10+ attendee rate. Contact the AXIS Concierge for assistance with additions or pricing adjustments.
A minimum of four eligible attendees is required to qualify for group pricing. If fewer than four attendees ultimately register, the group discount will no longer apply and the registrations will be charged at the applicable full registration rate. Group discounts are not retroactive to registrations completed outside the group registration process.
Yes. Registered financial institution attendees may purchase a Guest Pass for $495 for a spouse, partner, friend or traveling companion. All guests must be 21 years of age or older at the time of the event. Exceptions cannot be accommodated.
A Guest Pass allows your guest to join you for conference breakfasts, lunches and cocktail receptions. Guest Pass holders may not attend conference content, including general sessions or breakout sessions. A Guest Pass is intended for a personal guest and is not a substitute for an attendee registration.
