Jason Edelboim
Jason Edelboim is the Chief Executive Officer of Candescent, where he leads the company’s strategy, growth, and execution as it enters its next phase of development in Intelligent Banking. Jason is a seasoned technology executive with nearly two decades of leadership experience driving product innovation, growth, and operational excellence across the AI, data, and enterprise software sectors. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of iCIMS, where he led the company’s transformation from a market-leading product into a category-defining AI platform for talent acquisition.
Prior to iCIMS, Jason was President and Chief Operating Officer of Dataminr, the leading AI platform for real-time event, threat, and risk intelligence. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Cision and PR Newswire, building deep expertise in scaling enterprise technology platforms and go-to-market organizations.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
