Candescent affiliates and subprocessors
Digital First Holdings LLC, d/b/a Candescent, and its Affiliates (“Candescent,” “we,” “us” or “our”), provide its software-as-a-service and related professional services (“Services”) pursuant to one or more agreement(s) (“Agreement(s)”) entered into between Candescent and its customer (“Customer,” “you” or “your”). To deliver the Services, Candescent may utilize its wholly owned entities (“Affiliates”) and engage certain third-party service providers (“Sub-Processors”). This page lists only the Sub-Processors that process Nonpublic Personal Information. Sub-Processors may support one or more of Candescent’s Services and are listed below by the specific Service(s) they support.
Sub-processors change
Candescent may update or replace Sub-Processors as needed to maintain the quality and continuity of its Services.
Notifications of changes
We will update this page whenever we add or remove an Affiliate or Sub-Processors. Customers can subscribe (using the form below) to receive notifications of updates – simply provide your business email address in the subscription field on this page to get an alert whenever we make a relevant change (e.g., adding a new Sub-Processors).
Client questions & concerns
Not all of the Sub-Processors listed below process your Nonpublic Personal Information (NPI). If you object to our use of a new Sub-Processor, please e-mail privacy@candescent.com with an objective, evidence-based reason to believe that such new Sub-Processor fails to provide sufficient guarantees to implement the appropriate technical and organizational measures in such a manner that processing will ensure the protection of Nonpublic Personal Information according to applicable laws.
Candescent response
Under U.S. law, customers generally do not have a legal right to veto Sub-Processor changes, but we will work in good faith to make available or recommend to you a commercially reasonable change in the Services to avoid processing of Nonpublic Personal Information by the objected-to new Sub-processor without unreasonably burdening Candescent or you.
Partner add-ons
Candescent also offers optional products and services from third-party FinTech vendors (“Partners”) to help you run your business. When you choose to activate a Partner solution, that Partner operates maintains its own list of third-party service providers. Candescent does not share your data with any Partner unless you explicitly sign up for their offering. Because these Partner solutions are optional and not part of Candescent’s base platform provided to all customers, Partners are not considered Candescent Sub-Processors and are therefore excluded from the subprocessor list below.
